We are already at 4 billion. Every 5 seconds a child dies of hunger. The population of the Philippines is almost 100 million. In 26 years, that population will double. There is inadequate resources and infrastructure for the present population. Can you imagine the chaos of twice as many people? Solutions: cash incentives for sterilization. What is the economic result of over population? Downward pressure on wages and benefits. Many contract workers only work for 6 months and then are layed off; so that the companies do not have to pay benefits. Workers labor 12 hours a day for 6.5 days a week. Many work for less than the minimum wage because they are so desperate for a job. Trade unions are unheard of. No wonder so many of the wealthy are "pro-life." If we we're stricter on the death penalty, crime rates would greatly decrease. Suicide should only be encouraged if you can take out 10 or more others with you. If we have a death penalty and encouage suicide, what do you suggest the penalty for attemted suicide be? 1 & 2 I agree. 3 & 4 umm, not so good. 5 right on. 3 for 5 isn’t bad.
