Good evening Sir..
My reaction to the video. The topic is not very well said but i can say that due to emotional expression you can convey the message,without saying a single word.it can give you ideas and sometimes it is more accurate than a guess.
And due to the expressions as you had the emotional intelligence you will know the proper approach to the person.

First and foremost, I didn’t understand what the man is saying, I hate how he speak,his diction,…hmmmm,..Based on the video that I watched,..It says there that facial expression is the best mirror of our emotion. I disagree with that video.. because,..based on my experience,… If I have problem,..I just keep or hide it and I just smile… pretending that im ok.. For me,.. Facial expressions cannot identify easily whatever the feeling of a person is. It is not reliable to know the true feelings of a person.

first of all, goodevening sir. ahm, i think, in what the speaker discussed, he is trying to say explain that faces are the best mirror into one’s emotion. that, facial expression corresponds to what people feel. facial expression help us to identify what ever the feelings of a person is. i have seen also on the image in the video some basic emotions. the speaker trying to say also that there are universal emotions. )

Although the way the speaker discussed is not that clear, I still had the idea of what he was trying to say. He simply wanted to imply that facial expressions are mirrors of our emotion(pertaining to a normal and healthy person).A normal person can easily guess one’s emotion just by their facial expressions, without a single word.

let’s make things simple. what he’s trying to say is that actions, specially facial expressions can directly tell you what the person is feeling or what is his/her emotion at that very moment. Facial expression directly tells you what my emotion is. but as human beings evolve, we now find it hard to know whether the person who is smiling is really happy or he just want to show no negative feeling to the people around you. as people change, it becomes hard for us to know the real emotions of people. it becomes easier to deceive anyone. for me, personally, facial expressions are not reliable to know a person’s emotion. i, myself can tell you i’m happy and wear a amile on my face but at the back of my mind, i’ve been already killing you with sharp words.

In that video, the man said that “the face is the best mirror of our emotion” and I agree with that because facial expression is one of the easiest way to express your feelings. I also agree that it helps to solve some crimes, by reading the facial expression and observing the behavior of the suspect you will get some clues that is important is the case, and it proves one of the good characteristic of emotional intelligence. But it is not easy to read someone’s facial expression for you to know their feelings, based on that video, people used different expression by their own way of interpreting it, so maybe your guess in someone’s facial expression can be or can’t be true.

gud eve. sir honestly i dont understand what the guy in the video
was trying to say. i was only able to understand it. through image
clips in the video. it shows different emotions it is the eight basic
emotions anger,fear,joy,sadness,acceptance,disgust,surprise,
interest and curiosity. it shows the facial expression that corresponds
to the emotion executed by an individual.

The topic about EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE was really interesting aside from the fact that it would not be easy for us who are just ordinary students not inclined with psychology major..For me, facial gestures are just one way of determining one’s feeling but it must not be the whole basis of the judgment’s of one’s emotions. It is true that emotions are best seen in our faces but the feelings inside are best seen in or actions which cannot be easily determined by a person you had just passed by once in a the sidewalk unless he is a psychologist or something,. The people we usually spent our lives most are the one who can easily determine our feelings aside from our own selves.

My reaction in this video is, it’s hard to understand of what the man is saying. Emotion of one people is hard to understand because we have different personality, but the man in the video is trying to say that we can recognize the emotions/feelings of one people by their facial expression.
The man said “face is the best mirror of our emotion”, and I agree w/that because people in my surroundings have different thoughts w/me, but through their facial expression they can express their feelings w/me.
